PSG's recruitment and selection processes are aligned with our Employment Equity Policy and all relevant legislation and laws. We:

1.advertise the vacancy

2.shortlist candidates

3.interview shortlisted candidates

4.assess candidates reference and credential checks

6.make a job offer

7.offer feedback to candidates who were interviewed but not successful

Throughout the recruitment process, we apply the following principles:

  • non-discrimination
  • recognition of prior learning
  • Employment Equity

We also make sure that employees involved in the recruitment process are adequately qualified and trained.
