Key Responsibilities, among others:

  • Interaction with clients (management of relationships and providing client services)
  • New business implementation
  • Reception duties
  • Prepare risk and investment quotes.
  • Prepare client files
  • Processing client queries and instructions
  • Administering all products.
  • Normal personal assistant responsibilities.
  • Coordinating prospecting projects.

Key Activities:

  • Gather Policy information
  • Compile a summary of information
  • Research product information
  • Handling of new application and quotations
  • Handling and solving of client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)
  • Diary management - new and existing business cases
  • Diary management for Wealth Adviser
  • Arranging appointments between Wealth Adviser and Clients
  • Preparation of investment review appointments
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Re balancing and maintaining of existing portfolios
  • Preparing and distributing Tax statements as well as monthly/quarterly statements
  • Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
  • Build and maintain good working relationships
  • Recording details of transactions
  • Maintaining Service Level agreement deadlines
  • Managing policy renewals
  • Ensure FAIS and FICA Compliance
  • Loading and processing of new/existing business policies
  • Administration of welcome packs to new clients
  • Managing client retention
  • Employee benefits and medical aid
  • Continuous Personal development

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • NQF5 & RE5, Level 1 will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 3-year work experience in the financial services industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office including Advanced MS Excel)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English & at least one other of the official South African languages.
