PSG does not have a grading system, but rather job-specific and market-related remuneration scales. We offer market-related Cost to Company packages, benchmarked against the financial services industry.

We believe in rewarding good performance through a variable remuneration model, rather than offering above average salary packages. This is why we recognise hard work and inspire greater performance through incentive and bonus schemes.
