 1.   SECONDARY LISTING APPROVED<BR>
<BR>
      Shareholders are advised that the Namibian Stock Exchange<BR>
      (“NSX”) has approved the secondary listing of PSG Konsult on<BR>
      the NSX with effect from Wednesday, 16 July 2014, under the<BR>
      share code “KFS”.<BR>
<BR>
      PSG Konsult's primary listing remains on the JSE main board.<BR>
<BR>
 2.   RATIONALE FOR SECONDARY NSX LISTING<BR>
<BR>
      PSG Konsult intends to build an investment track record with<BR>
      Namibian investors, to ensure maximum flexibility for the<BR>
      execution of the Company's long-term strategic plans, including<BR>
      the expansion of PSG Konsult's sub-Saharan Africa operations.<BR>
<BR>
      By listing on the NSX, Namibian investors will be provided with<BR>
      an opportunity to invest in PSG Konsult by utilising a portion<BR>
      of the prescribed investment portfolio assets.<BR>

 3.   PSG KONSULT'S NAMIBIAN OPERATIONS<BR>
<BR>
      PSG Konsult's Namibian operations currently consist of PSG<BR>
      Namibia, a holding company for the stockbroking and financial<BR>
      planning businesses, PSG Wealth Management Namibia and PSG<BR>
      Financial Planning Namibia, as well as Western National<BR>
      Insurance  (Namibia),  which  provides  short-term  insurance<BR>
      services.<BR>
