MEETING AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT<BR>

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for<BR>
the year ended 28 February 2015, containing the audited annual<BR>
financial statements of the Company, will be available as from<BR>
20 May 2015 on the Company's website at<BR>
www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-information.<BR>

A summary of the PSG Konsult group's consolidated annual<BR>
financial statements and the notice of the 2015 annual general<BR>
meeting of shareholders of the Company (“the Annual General<BR>
Meeting”) are being dispatched to shareholders today, 18 May<BR>
2015. There have been no modifications to the preliminary<BR>
results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 9 April 2015.<BR>
An abridged report will therefore not be published.<BR>

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<BR>

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be<BR>
held at Spier Wine Estate, Baden Powell Drive, Stellenbosch on<BR>
Friday, 19 June 2015 at 10h50 to transact the business set out<BR>
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The notice of the<BR>
Annual General Meeting is also available on the Company's<BR>
website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/shareholder-<BR>
communication.<BR>

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the<BR>
share register of the Company to be eligible to vote at the<BR>
Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 12 June 2015, with the<BR>
last day to trade being Friday, 5 June 2015.<BR>
