Requirements, the following information is disclosed:<BR>

The board is pleased to announce that Ms Zodwa Matsau has been appointed<BR>
as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of<BR>
PSG Konsult's Audit Committee and Risk Committee, with effect from<BR>
20 July 2017.<BR>
<BR>
Ms Matsau holds the qualifications M.Phil Economics and BA Economics.<BR>
She started her career as an economist at the Central Bank of Lesotho<BR>
and was ultimately promoted to Head of Money & Capital Markets: Central<BR>
Bank of Lesotho. Her career experience thereafter included 18 years at<BR>
the South African Reserve Bank in various key roles, including serving<BR>
as Company Secretary and finally serving as Senior Deputy General<BR>
Manager: Financial Markets.<BR>

The board is delighted with the appointment of Ms Matsau and looks<BR>
forward to her contribution.<BR>
