VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – ACQUISITION OF 28E CAPITAL<BR>

PSG Konsult, through its subsidiary PSG Securities Limited, has acquired<BR>
the clients of 28E Capital, effective 1 April 2018. 28E Capital is a<BR>
leading boutique brokerage that offers a specialised online platform to<BR>
retail clients.<BR>
<BR>
The acquisition enables PSG Konsult to execute on its long-term strategy<BR>
of growing its online trading platform. The acquisition further allows<BR>
us to onboard key skills and strengthens our offering as a preferred<BR>
online brokerage, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet the needs of<BR>
our broader client base.<BR>

The acquisition, which will be funded from existing cash resources,<BR>
falls below the threshold of the categorisation of transactions which<BR>
require disclosure in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.<BR>
Nevertheless, the Board of PSG Konsult deemed it appropriate to inform<BR>
shareholders of the acquisition in the interests of full transparency.<BR>
Although PSG Konsult follows an organic growth strategy, it will<BR>
continue to make acquisitions as and when these present themselves and<BR>
where they are clearly aligned to our overall objectives.<BR>
