Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year<BR>
ended 28 February 2018, containing the audited annual financial<BR>
statements of the Company, will be available as from 23 May 2018 on the<BR>
Company's    website   at   www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-<BR>
information.<BR>

A summary of the PSG Konsult group's consolidated annual financial<BR>
statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2018 and the notice<BR>
of the 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company<BR>
(“Annual General Meeting”) are being dispatched to shareholders today,<BR>
23 May 2018. There have been no modifications to the preliminary results<BR>
which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 19 April 2018.<BR>

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<BR>

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the<BR>
shareholders of PSG Konsult will be held at Spier Wine Estate, Baden<BR>
Powell Drive, Stellenbosch on Friday, 22 June 2018 at 09h30 to transact<BR>
the business set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The<BR>
notice of the Annual General Meeting is also available on the Company's<BR>
website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/shareholder-communication.<BR>

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share<BR>
register of the Company to be eligible to vote at the Annual General<BR>
Meeting will be Friday, 15 June 2018, with the last day to trade being<BR>
Tuesday, 12 June 2018.<BR>
