Noteholders are hereby advised that the interim financial results of<BR>
PSG Konsult Limited, the guarantor of the Company (“Guarantor”), for<BR>
the 6 months ended 31 August 2018, are available on<BR>
https://www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-information or<BR>
may be requested and obtained in person, at no charge, at the<BR>
registered office of the Company during office hours.<BR>

The interim financial results include a restatement of the<BR>
Guarantor's comparative period cash flow information due to a<BR>
reclassification of borrowings advanced. This cash inflow was<BR>
previously classified under cash flows from operating activities and<BR>
has now been classified as a cash flow from financing activities, so<BR>
as to more correctly reflect the nature of the cash flow. This<BR>
restatement had no impact on the current or prior year reported<BR>
earnings, diluted earnings or headline earnings per share, or on the<BR>
net asset value or net cash flow. This cash flow was shown under<BR>
client-related balances therefore there was no impact on the cash<BR>
flows relating to own balances.<BR>
