that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form from Coronation<BR>
Asset Management Proprietary Limited, on behalf of the Coronation Group ("the Coronation<BR>
Group"), that the clients of the Coronation Group have, in aggregate, acquired a beneficial<BR>
interest in securities of the Company, such that the total of all beneficial interests held by them<BR>
amounts to 10.31% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.<BR>
