Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited, on behalf of the Coronation Group ("the<BR>
Coronation Group"), that clients of the Coronation Group have, in aggregate, disposed of a<BR>
beneficial interest in securities of the Company, such that the total of all beneficial interests<BR>
held by them amounts to 9.81% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.<BR>
