APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS<BR>
<BR>
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the board of<BR>
directors of the Company ("the Board") is pleased to announce that Mrs Tamara Isaacs ("Mrs<BR>
Isaacs") and Mr Andile Sangqu ("Mr Sangqu") have been appointed as independent non-<BR>
executive directors of the Company with effect from 1 January 2020.<BR>
<BR>
Mrs Isaacs holds the qualification CA(SA). Tamara has over 18 years professional experience<BR>
including serving as partner with KPMG for 5 years until the end of April 2018 where she was in<BR>
charge of the management consulting practice at the Cape Town office. Prior to joining KPMG,<BR>
Tamara was audit partner at PwC where she also served as Human Capital Partner for 3 years.<BR>
<BR>
Mr Sangqu holds various qualifications including BCompt Hons (CTA), H Dip in Tax Law, MBL<BR>
and AMP. Andile has spent over 20 years working in management positions at several major<BR>
South African corporations and has also served on a number of JSE-listed company boards.<BR>
Andile is currently the Executive Head of Anglo American South Africa. Mr Sangqu's expertise<BR>
and practical exposure span across areas such as general management, finance, accounting, tax<BR>
administration and management of companies in diverse industries including broadcasting,<BR>
insurance, mining, the food industry and financial sectors.<BR>

The Board is delighted with the appointment of Mrs Isaacs and Mr Sangqu and looks forward to<BR>
their contribution.<BR>
