DEALING IN PSG KONSULT SHARES BY ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR<BR>
<BR>
LeToit Trust, a family entity and associate of a director of PSG Konsult, Mr J de V du Toit,<BR>
previously directly held 6 000 000 ordinary shares in PSG Konsult. As part of the diversification<BR>
of its financial exposure, LeToit Trust has restructured its shareholding in PSG Konsult by<BR>
transferring all PSG Konsult shares held by it to an investor fund, Crest Qualified Investor<BR>
Fund, which is also an associate of Mr Du Toit, in exchange for units in that fund. As a result,<BR>
LeToit Trust will continue to have an exposure to 6 000 000 ordinary shares in PSG Konsult,<BR>
albeit indirectly via the investor fund.<BR>
