Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 29 February 2020,<BR>
containing the full audited annual financial statements of the Company, will be available on the<BR>
Company's website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-information, from 22 May 2020.<BR>
The Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., expressed an unmodified audit opinion<BR>
on the annual financial statements. Their report, which includes communication of key audit<BR>
matters, is contained in the annual financial statements of the Company.<BR>
<BR>
There have been no modifications to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced on<BR>
SENS and on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, on Tuesday, 14 April 2020.<BR>

It is anticipated that the Company's 2020 annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Monday,<BR>
13 July 2020 at 12:00 p.m. South African time (2 p.m. Mauritian time). As a result of the impact of<BR>
the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed on public gatherings, the AGM will be held in<BR>
electronic format only. The requisite notice of AGM will be announced in due course and be<BR>
dispatched to shareholders, accompanied by a summary of the Company's consolidated annual<BR>
financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2020.<BR>
