Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the
Company hereby advises that its director, Mr Michael Ian Frain Smith (“Mike”), being the chief
financial officer of the PSG Konsult group and the Company, has been appointed as its debt officer,
with effect from 7 October 2020.

The board of the Company has duly considered and satisfied itself with the competence, qualifications
and experience of Mike in relation to his appointment as debt officer.
