The Company hereby advises that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”) has
updated the credit rating report of its holding company and guarantor, PSG Konsult Limited
(“the Guarantor”), issued on 31 July 2020, to incorporate the Guarantor's results for the period
ended 31 August 2020.

The Guarantor's South African long and short-term issuer ratings remain unchanged at A(ZA) and
A1(ZA), respectively, with a stable outlook.
