CHANGE TO INDEPENDENT JOINT JSE SPONSOR

UBS South Africa Proprietary Limited (“UBS”), the joint JSE sponsor with PSG Capital
Proprietary Limited (“PSG Capital”) of PSG Konsult, has decided to discontinue their
sponsorship services in South Africa. In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Limited
(“JSE”) Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that UBS has accordingly
resigned as independent joint JSE sponsor to PSG Konsult with effect from close of business
on 1 March 2022.

PSG Konsult has appointed Tamela Holdings Proprietary Limited as the Company's
independent joint JSE sponsor with effect from 2 March 2022.

PSG Capital continues to act as JSE sponsor to PSG Konsult.
