PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME OF PSG KONSULT LIMITED TO PSG FINANCIAL
SERVICES LIMITED

The Board has after careful consideration approved, subject to the fulfilment of certain
conditions, allowing the Company to implement changing the name of “PSG Konsult Limited”
to “PSG Financial Services Limited”. The reasons for the proposed name change include, inter
alia, that after due reflection, the board of the Company believes it to be a more descriptive
name for the comprehensive services the Company offers.

Shareholders will be requested to vote at the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting
(“AGM”) in favour of a special resolution approving such name change, with such change
taking effect once all requisite regulatory and shareholder approvals have been obtained. The
notice of AGM will include further details regarding the proposed name change, including the
applicable timetable in respect thereof.
