OUTLOOK

The Company hereby advises that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”) has
affirmed the credit rating of the Company's holding company and guarantor, PSG Financial Services
Limited (“Guarantor”), in its report issued on 30 August 2023.

The Guarantor's national scale long-term issuer rating was affirmed at A+(ZA) and the short-term
issuer rating at A1(ZA), with a Stable outlook.
