STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2024
The Company hereby advises that its audited annual financial statements for the year ended
29 February 2024, as well as the audited financial statements of its holding company and of the
guarantor of the Company, PSG Financial Services Limited ("the Guarantor"), for the year ended 29
February 2024, are available on the Company's website at www.psg.co.za/about-us/archive (in the
case of the Company) and www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/overview (in the case of the Guarantor)
and may also be requested and obtained, at no charge, from the Company at
companysecretary@psg.co.za and from its Debt Sponsor, PSG Capital.
The unqualified audit reports of Deloitte & Touche, the registered auditor of the Company and the
Guarantor, are included in the aforementioned annual financial statements of the Company and the
Guarantor, respectively. The audit report issued in respect of the annual financial statements of the
Guarantor includes communication of the key audit matters.
