DISTRIBUTION OF PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND
NO CHANGE STATEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February
2026, containing the full audited annual financial statements of the Company, will be available
from 25 May 2026 on the Company's website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations. The
Company's auditor, Deloitte & Touche, expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the annual
financial statements. Their report, which includes communication of key audit matters, is
contained in the annual financial statements of the Company.

There have been no modifications to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced
on the JSE Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") and on the website of the Stock Exchange
of Mauritius Ltd on Thursday, 16 April 2026.

The notice for the Company's 2026 annual general meeting will be announced in due course
and be dispatched to shareholders, accompanied by a summary of the Company's
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2026.
